Cancellation policy
Basic cancellation policies is as follow.
After 12pm on the arrival date: 100% charge for the 1st night
Before 12pm on the arrival date: 70% charge for the 1st night
Within 1 day prior to arrival date: 50% charge for the 1st night
Within 2 days prior to arrival date: 30% charge for the 1st night.
Not showing up will also result in the penalty charge for 100% charge for the 1st night.
